The former Duke of Disco in '70s Southwind, Walter is a homeless man with a tragic past and a street rat lifestyle. He's also recently discovered he can never truly die, which further complicates things.
The former Duke of Disco in ’70s Southwind, Walter is a homeless man with a tragic past and a street rat lifestyle. He’s also recently discovered he can never truly die, which further complicates things.
The product of Walter’s total lack of control over his life, the Party Animal is a swirling combination of his inner demons and suppressed id. He can appear as a surreal hallucination or clouds of dark smoke, often haunting Walter with his past and what his abilities might mean he’s becoming.
Another entity now dwelling within Walter’s fractured mind, the Disco Stud is his guilt-ridden conscience given form. Loathing the man Walter has been and who he may yet turn into, the Stud encourages Walter (in his own warped ways,) to redeem himself for his actions.
Commissioner Ted Jones is of the five police commissioners of Southwind City, the oldest of America’s two ‘cities colossal.’ Stretched thin on good people and resources, Ted now feels like he may have to resort to controlled vigilante justice to handle the threat of the Bullhead mafia.
Commissioner Brian Willis is in charge of Southwind’s Fruited Plain district, the part of the city most impacted by the Bullheads.
Willis, in his desperation to stem the tide of corruption happening under his watch, has come up with the Street Justice Project to include the civilian element in the war on the mob.
A well-built and well-armed ‘concerned citizen’ of Southwind, Rosie McLish has taken it upon herself to eliminate the threat of the Bullheads.
Though she believes her actions to be justified given the reach of the mob, her extremist methods and incredible capacity for violence make her a dangerously volatile part of the solution.
